    Lindsey M. Williams is Advocacy Director for the National
    Whistleblowers Center.  She coordinates effort to educate
    the public regarding current whistleblower issues and to
    gain support for whistleblowers.







    Cherie Martin is co-founder of Fallout Shelter, a grassroots
    movement with an action plan to reform
    Legislative/Executive/Judicial branches of government via
    citizen/legal/legislative activism.  Cherie is also an attorney
    pursuing a second career as a writer and business owner.
    Several of her articles and commentary are published in
    electronic and print form. She serves as Editor-in-Chief for
    Fallout Shelter and has responsibility for articulating its
    organizational structure and for developing the group's
    official documentation, i.e., founding documents,
    organizational structure, organization charts, FAQs, and
    published plans in various states of development.
