I have contacted the DA's Office, Sheriff's Dept., Police Dept., FBI, Governor's Office, Attorney General's Office, KC Behavioral Board, 5 CPS supervisors, Don Jordan, Director of SRS;every Senator and Congress person in my state of Kansas and they all did nothing. FBI has not even called me back after 1 1/2 yrs. DA's Office, Sheriff's Dept., & police wouldn't even talk to me. All because I have a numerous amount of evidence that CPS & their contractors' caseworkers are committing perjury and falsifying documents. CPS is also not followng the letter of the law when removing children from their families, all for the sake of the "almighty federal dollar". They should all be ashamed of themselves and should be removed from their positions of power. When our government does nothing to stop "crimes against humanity", then they are incompetent and should be removed from their jobs and in some cases, prosecuted also for ignoring laws being broken for the money off the lives of our children!

I contacted the FBI @ 713.693.5000 3 times since April, 2009 about the local police wiretapping my phone and internet, interfering with my mail, and slandering me to my neighbors and others, stalking me and encouraging others to stalk and harrass me in retaliation for police misconduct report. The FBI hung up on me the last time. Every single time I speak with them about this criminal organized effort under color of law, I am looked at like I am crazy.

I was told to go to the FBI, by someone in DC. The FBI which is in my own city, cut me off and said they don't do DCF abduction investigations.

Cannot comment yet, but I can say not exactly what I thought they should do or wanted them to do.

I called FBI last year when Oregon kidnapped my baby. The agent acted like I was from Mars, like they never heard of being called upon to look into local corruption. She also informed me that FBI can not get involved in anything until called upon by the District Attorney.

So I called the DA. They acted like I just landed here from Mars. They acted like this was the oddest request ever. And they suggested I call the FBI... Does any of these idiots know what their role or jurisdictional duties are??

Since then, I have written several formal "Notice of Felony" documents alleging multiple felony acts against the judges in two different states. All were ignored, I have never heard back from them. I have also cc'd the FBI in both Seattle and Oregon on communications with the social worker in Washington, wherein I wrote to her directly accusing her of interstate conspiracy to kidnap and giving false information to government employees, etc. Still never a single response from FBI.

I contacted the FBI asking to look into my case and with the support of my state representative urging them to help and to look into CPS, but they said they could not get involved.

I contacted the FBI to look into corruption regarding my case at Family Court due to the fact that the child abuse my daughter testified to never did get in front of the presiding judge. The FBI agent insisted that CPS agencies do such a great job. Needless to say, he wouldn't even review the evidence I had. If he had given me that opportunity, I could have proven it within a shadow of a doubt but most importantly, my daughter still wouldn't be living in an abusive and chaotic environment. She also lives with 2 adults who have engaged in domestic violence since the time they got married. It's also on record but of course CPS never checks out backgrounds.

Attorney Richard Fine and a host of others have been asking the justice department for intervention, to now avail.

As a result attorney Fine continues to sit in the LA County jail because he has exposed the courts in the state of Ca. also, he exposed the entire state..

I asked them to intervene on numerous occasions when I worked for the County. I witnessed several violations being done against people, to no avail.

Funny thing is that I worked closely with the Justice department because they worked closely with CORE, still got nothing resolved...Oh well..
