Senator Feinstein and Congresswoman Watson then came to my help (Congresswoman Waters was also helpful), and issued Congressional Inquiries on FBI and US DOJ. The responses were by the highest level officers, and were fraud on congress. They claimed I was complaining about "foreclosure". I was never foreclosed, never defaulted, never was one day late on any payment, it had nothing to do with it. It was fraud under the guise of litigation.
The fraud was by Kenneth Kaiser, Assistant Director, FBI, and Kenneth Melson, Director, U.S. Attorney General Office. Both are still holding the same positions today. I claim that President Obama never gained control of the FBI and US DOJ - if these people are still there.

That current DOJ policy reflects interest in fighting discrimination seems at first glance, especially in historical setting, a good thing. Some reflection is in order.

With the overruling of Plessey v. Ferguson (1896) by Brown v. School Board (1954), civil rights statutes, DOJ and F. B. I. enforcement, non-discrimination becoming more mainstream, more realization that caste systems really don't work, etc.- essentially only private action, sometimes with state or local complicity, remains. No outright discriminatory statute or ordnance can pass 14th Amendment due process and/or equal protection scrutiny. But the role of the First Amendment in this aspect of legal history is somehow overlooked.

Not all those victimized by Plessey remained silent or inactive. Right of association and right to petition government for redress played a role in bringing Shelley v. Kraemer (1948) which made racial covenants for land unenforceable in court. It was a short six years from Shelley to Brown and only another year to Rosa Parks challenging racial seat assignment. First Amendment activity really took off, and we know the rest of the story.

The DOJ needs to deal with suppression of First Amendment rights if for no other reason than the historical role of First Amendment activity being crucial in vindicating and enforcing other civil rights. The need for 18 U. S. Code sec. 241 and 242 enforcement is not limited to the post civil war reconstruction era context only.

One has a right to criticize government, and we need to recall that the First Amendment especially protects unpopular but responsible speech, popular speech having no need of protection. Retaliation should not be the response but often is, and nothing is done about it. In the area of questioning or exposing judicial misconduct, one might wonder whether attorneys and judicial whistleblowers seem entitled to less First Amendment protection than other citizens and if this be the case why nothing is done about it. Protection of First Amendment activity is something the D. O. J. should neither abdicate nor ignore.

When we were but little lambs learning The Golden Rule, taught by our elementary school teacher's, I didn't understand the gravity of discrimination and how it affected everyone. I treated each person I encountered in life that I was taught had been discriminated against, with respect and admiration. I never thought once in life to measure anyone by the color of their skin, their race, gender, or preference, only by the content of their character.

At some point, I later figured out that criminals have no face, no specific nationality, no gender, no age, and no conscience. I never thought in a million years that those who were held to the highest level of law enforcement and legislation in our country would ignore criminal activity in our courts based on reverse

I guess we are labled when we bring certain unbiased and undiscriminating evidence to courts like those in Florida on people belonging to protected clases, which seems to be a long list today. Certain groups that hide behind their status of entitlement. No The Justice Department won't go down that road. Why?

Because criminolgy books and professors have yet to catch up with the hatred being taken out on innocent people who get cought up in the hate while doing what they were asked to do by our nation, which is to help minorities.

Where is the higest order of things when The Federal Government completely ignores Racketeering within the confines of State Courts concerning Family,and Domestic Violence. If we are to become a nation of inclusion concerning gay marriage, where are the hate laws concerning violence against men and hetero-sexual people by militant extremist who wanted to pass such laws as The VAW, and Gay Rights Acts? Why are Stalking Laws against men not being enforced as we evolve into a nation where anyone can be any sex they wish? Is my life worth less than that of anyone elses, when it is threatened by a Cuban Women?

Our Justice System is running a bit slow and cannot seem to get out of the past. If this is not the case you are simply under educated because you have simply never had to deal with your children being illegally detained in another state and prevented from speaking to you on purpose by a certain group that loves the taste of other peoples money and has comitted the lowest form of crime in our nation.

When our nation ignores The States, Kidnapping and Mental Debouchery of our children, and sees absolutely no reason to intervene concerning rogue judges complete defiance of The 1st Amendment and numerous other Amendments concerning Equal Parental Rights even after they are ratified and agreed to it is time for The Justice Department and every single American to stand up and say enough is enough. No good will ever come of what is being allowed to take place within these Quasi-Criminal Courts inacting a form of Communistic Southern Style lynching of our families.

So we see profit! Profit is the excuse for every ill we turn our heads away from? Please don't tell me again how vital it is for me to be less equal in the eyes of the law and justice ever again! I am ashamed of certain aspects of my nation and what is using my children for. I am ashamed of the lessons it is allowing my two children to be taught by their sick little mommy, who was handed a free education out of sorrow.
